The firm counsels clients on transactional matters, strategic consulting and collections management in the fields of intellectual property, corporate law, branding and licensing, publicity rights and more.
David is a Miami Beach native and a graduate of the University of Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law. After ten years in the magazine publishing and advertising industry, David began his legal career as an associate at civil litigation defense firm Rudd & Diamond.
A long time friendship with a Grammy winning rock n roll music group pushed David to take his knowledge and experiences with multimedia and focus his practice on entertainment law. As an associate for Leslie Jose Zigel at the multimedia and entertainment law firm Ziglaw, David was exposed to all aspects of entertainment law matters.
David currently represents GFour Productions, 37-time Tony Award winning Broadway producers, as its general counsel.
David’s practice includes a wide range of business and individual clients throughout the Miami area and beyond in both transactional and litigation matters. David understands what it means to be a small business owner, and the daily challenges they face.
David lives in Miami Beach with his longtime girlfriend and their four children.
